Pruning Fruit Trees

I have a few fruit trees in my yard, apples, peaches, oranges, and really need some advice on how to prune them. Can you help?

Master Gardener Answer:
There is a lot of information about fruit tree pruning on our UC IPM website. Here are links to pages that will give you good advice:

Apples: http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/GARDEN/FRUIT/CULTURAL/applepruning.html

Peaches: http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/GARDEN/FRUIT/CULTURAL/peachprune.html

Oranges: http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/GARDEN/FRUIT/CULTURAL/citruspruning.html
