This week on In the Garden with UC Master Gardeners, it's the monthly checklist for things to do in the garden for June. June is like a transition month.
Spring planting should be just about finished and, historically (considering recent strange weather patterns), the hot season hasn't come on us yet.
June gloom will probably sock us in locally with some morning moisture which is great for the garden. It's a good time of year for dividing your bearded iris. UC Master Gardeners Katrina Kirkeby and Teena Spindler will fill you in on what to do.
