    Water: Drought-tolerant to regular water; looks better with some water in the summer

    Habit and form: Grows in a low mound 1 foot high and 2 to 3 feet across; fast growing; easy to grow with fuzzy-textured leaves

    Flower type: Daisy like; profuse bloom

    Flower color and bloom season: Bright yellow flowers spring into summer

    Uses for plant and/or flowers: Flowers attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies; seeds attractive to birds

    Pruning time & method: Deadhead and trim back as needed to keep neat

    Comments: Good in rock gardens and as accent plant in perennial borders
